14 Day Device Return Policy
Buyer's remorse? Or you simply changed your mind about your purchase? No problem! We will take back all opened mods less 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees. All opened/used mods must be in resell-able condition with no signs of use or wear and must be returned in its original packaging (Box) with all manuals, accessories intact.
For all new and sealed products which have not been opened and or used no restocking fee will be required however the return shipping will be your responsibility. Please contact us to receive an RA (Return Authorization) within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at email@example.com
Any returns shipped to us after 14 days of RA issuance, will be returned to you as is via collect and the RA will be effectively void. All returns which fall under the 14 day mod return policy must be shipped to us via trackable carrier and tracking number must be emailed to us upon shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns on tanks, atomizers, atomizer heads, pre-made coils, wire, drip tips, wicking material, due to hygienic reasons.
All charges associated with the return shipping under the 15 day return policy are the responsibility of the customer.
30 Days Warranty
With our 30 day warranty, should you experience an issue with your product, please contact us to receive an RA (Return Authorization) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and stating what it is you are seeking, refund/credit or replacement. Upon receiving the RA number, you must ship the item back to us and provide us with tracking info within 14 calendar days of when you receive your RA number.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects ONLY and will not cover issues related to abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear including dust, humidity or heat. Upon inspection, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a replacement item which will be the exact same model and color or issue a refund/credit of your original purchase price.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is not pre-paid and can be returned ONLY by CANADA POST Regular parcel service. Once the item is inspected and deemed to be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be refunded to your account in the form of a store credit/points
Warranty Does Not Include E-liquids, Tanks, Atomizers, Atomizer Heads (coils), or Wicking material.
E-Liquid: We all know that feeling when we get a bottle of juice based on positive reviews or word of mouth and we end up hating it. It sucks! Unfortunately juice cannot be returned under ANY circumstances, used or brand new sealed
Leaking Tanks: There are numerous reasons why tanks leak, either by way of design or simply user error. As much as we all know and hate having a pocket or hadnful of e-liquid to deal with, there are absolutely no returns on tanks for reason of leaking, aside from this, tanks will be treated on a case by case basis.
